There is no charge to have your organisation's certification details included on the QA Register. You only pay if you wish to take out an annual subscription to access the complete organisation information that we list (see Subscriptions).
So if you would like your organisation's details included simply download and print off the attached PDF and complete it with the appropriate information. The same form can also be used if you wish to submit changes to update an existing entry for your organisation.
Please fill in the form with the details of your assessment, enclose a photocopy of your certificate and send it to your assessment body/ assessor for approval. Your assessment body will then forward the form to us for inclusion on the Register. Then you can ensure that when anyone refers to the QA Register, details of the certification that you have worked for will be there.
