Methodology Planned Procedures - GCL have documented procedures defining the manner in which assessments are conducted. Assessments are planned prior to arrival on-site and assessors briefed. The activities to be performed follow a scheduled timetable, which is given to the client well in advance of the assessment date. Fair & Quick Results - On completing the assessment a meeting is held with the client during which the results are explained including (a) any non-conformances found (b) whether certification is being recommended. The client is asked to confirm the findings and is given opportunity to clarify any misunderstandings affecting the result. Client Satisfaction - The entire assessment is carried out in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction with our service. Our independent governing board reviews any complaints received. Benefits
